The most feared of Viking
warriors, known as Berserkers, were hired by kings to progtect their
lands and people. Already a formidable foe, Berserkers entered a
battle while consumed in Berserkergang, an induced state of rage.
In this state, they feared no man and felt no pain. Though the rage
gave them incredible strength and courage, it denied them control
of their actions and the memories of their deeds.
